Not every team starts from the same place. Based on the level of engagement and openness observed during the Discovery phase, I select the tools and approaches that best fit your context. Some teams begin with trust-building sessions or psychological safety assessments; others may first need to strengthen dialogue, feedback culture, or conflict-management habits before going deeper.
In this phase, I also determine whether additional tools are needed — for example, deepening individual and collective self-awareness, addressing cultural barriers, or introducing frameworks that help the team realign around shared principles and purpose.
