As a certified Zortify Practitioner, I use these insights to guide leaders and teams through meaningful reflections on behavior, mindset, and emotional balance.

The model is grounded in the Big Five personality framework, one of the most validated approaches in modern psychology. It explores five essential dimensions — openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and emotional stability — providing a nuanced understanding of traits and behavioral drivers.
